The June Soap Challenge 2019 was all about adding real food and drinks into one batch of soap. I entered the advanced category as I wanted to keep the soap I made all natural. The food ingredients I added and placed in individual layers from starting from the bottom up where; blackberries, raspberries, avocado, egg yolk and egg whites. The drink ingredient I used was red wine and prickly pear juice. I scented my soap with a blend of essential oils which are uplifting, with a little forest like reminder! I blended peppermint, rosemary, lemongrass and eucalyptus blue gum essential oils. I am humbled and honoured to have come in 1st place amongst such a high level of competition!
